A City with a Purpose

A City that Works
Clark Freeport Zone
Clark Freeport Zone is a mixed-use hub for business, industry, tourism, and uprising entertainment and gaming center in the Philippines.
Over the years, Clark Freeport Zone evolved to be one of the top business destinations with growing high-end IT enabled industries, logistics enterprises, and tourism development.
With an airport at the heart of the economic zone, Clark is envisioned to be the country’s leading aerotropolis.
Clark Global City
Clark Global City (CGC) is a state-of-the-art 177-hectare master-planned commercial and business center within Clark Freeport Zone.
CGC secured a 50-year long-term lease contract (exercised the option to renew for an additional 25 years) with Clark International Airport Corporation for the development of the parcel of land in the Clark Freeport Zone until 2085.
New Clark City
The New Clark City is a 9,450-hectare master-planned city located within the Clark Special Economic Zone.
